Peppery Balsamic Tuna


  • 1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/3 Cup olive oil

  • 1/4 Cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tspn Black Kampot Pepper, cracked or ground

  • 4 tuna steaks


  1. Mix together vinegar, olive oil, parsley, Kampot pepper and garlic.

  2. Marinate tuna steaks in the vinegar mixture at least an hour.

  3. Grill or pan fry in a little olive oil to desired doneness
