  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or oregano

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Cracked Kampot Pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste











  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Variations: add any of the following to change the taste: lime juice, a teaspoon of chili powder, red pepper flakes, 10 drops of Maggi seasoning, or soy sauce.
